Vickie Jacobs Mexico-United States Counternarcotics Policy, 1969-2013. She received her Bachelor's degree in International Studies (focusing on business communication) and a Master of Science in Library and Information Science from the University of Illinois, Urbana-Champaign (UIUC). Her previous experience includes specialized reference service as well as cataloging and acquisitions work for the Slavic collection at UIUC. Her language skills include Spanish, Russian, Italian and Turkish.
